Due to the limited and resale nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopvalcore.com with clear photos and your order number.

In rare cases where an error was made on our end, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Valcore reserves the right to deny any refund or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
