All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions apply only when qualifying conditions are met.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Valcore is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Valcore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@shopvalcore.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
